S. Elizabeth "Liz" Romer, RN, ND, MSN, FNP

For more than 11 years, Liz has dedicated her career to the nursing profession. She has earned a reputation for providing skilled and compassionate care with ease. She joins AboutSkin as a board-certified family nurse practitioner.

Prior to joining AboutSkin, Liz practiced primary care in an outpatient, hospital-based clinic. Her previous experiences in nursing include primary care, urgent care, emergency room and intensive care. Liz has also served in administrative positions in case management and managed care where she developed innovative approaches to the delivery of care.

Liz graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts. Then completed her Masters of Science in Nursing and Nursing Doctorate at the University of Colorado.

Liz is nationally certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of her career, she is active in the community serving as a board member for Friends of Kids in Crisis.
